Going more in-depth we use visual and palpation techniques to access structural misalignment and work with mobilization and stretch allied with deep tissue massage strokes. Stretch and mobilization will minimize the effort and stress on the part of the therapist and, engage the client in passive and active stretch techniques, improving the mind-body awareness for longer lasting and deeper tissue benefits. Help relieve the physical issues that can limit your client’s life style and daily joy of free-movement.
