In Ayurvedic literature the term Marma is derived from the root word varman, which means vital or hidden energy point. You will be given detailed instruction on how to perform hands-on Marma Therapy by using pressure with specific essential oils applied to the skin at Marma points to relieve pain, detoxify and cleanse the body, calm and balance the emotions, enhance awareness, and balance the body's energy pathways.
