Learn how to enhance your practice through Chair massage.
This course will teach a fun and exciting approach to chair massage. Learn a 20-minute routine incorporating a unique integration of deep tissue compression, TCM acupressure and TTM passive stretch techniques. Proper and functional body mechanics are a strong component to this course as well. Once you are released from the shackles of a conventional chair massage, your only limits to giving an amazing and safe chair massage will be that of your own imagination. Additional techniques outside the routine will be taught and guidance to enhance your own thoughts and ideas will be supported.
