In this training the therapist will explore their internal cranial vault utilizing skull models and self. They will practice anatomic location during lab and review the twelve cranial nerves and their association with each other. Protocols will first be demonstrated on skull models reviewed in a demonstration and
then practiced by students.
Client assisted treatment is effective to relieve many causes of headache, sinus congestion, tempromandibular joint dysfunction, ankyloglossia, “tongue tied” and painful mastication. This class demonstrates the synergy of client assisted inter oral cranial release. Student will self-apply and review how to “teach clients” inter oral anatomy to facilitate release of internal tension during a treatment session.

In this course, participants will:
- Gain knowledge of cranial anatomy: the cranial vault and viscerocranium
- Understand the 12 Cranial nerves and their interrelated function
- Perform protocols to engage patients in self care and concerted treatment
- Understand the methods and approach text: Hugh Milnes book “The Heart of Listening”.
- Become familiar and practice palpation skills
- Apply four patient assisted protocols to address internal restrictions.
- Teach patients self-care methods.
- Acknowledge indications, precautions and contraindications for Cranio Sacral Therapy.
