SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS AND POLICY

*Professional Dress Code:
For School: School T-shirt or equivalent with white hospital scrub pants.
For Clinic: School T-shirt with white hospital scrub pants.
For On-Site Events: School T-shirt with black hospital scrubs, black dress pants, black khaki pants or black shorts as directed by the on-site coordinators.

*Equipment:
You must bring daily: required sheets/towels/blankets and class materials.

*Parking:
Daytime class students MUST park on street behind our building. Parking lot is exclusively for patients of the medical complex.
*Absence:
You are important to us and we require a phone call if you are going to miss class.
