REFUND POLICY

All tuition payments will be refunded should the student cancel within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement, even if instruction has already begun.

In the event the student withdraws from the school, the following refund policy will apply:

NJMTC will retain the $600 application, registration and book fees, plus:

*10% of the total tuition if withdrawal occurs within the first week.

*20% of the total tuition if withdrawal occurs within the second or third week.

*45% of the total tuition if withdrawal occurs after the third week but prior to completion of 25% of the program.

*70% of the total tuition if withdrawal occurs after 25% of program completion, but not more than 50% of the program has been completed.

*100% of the total tuition if withdrawal occurs after completion of more than 50% of the program.

All refunds due the student will be processed and sent to the student within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of withdrawal by the student as evidenced by written notification by the student to the school. No money will be refunded for books or other items ordered for the student by the school.
