LEAVE OF ABSENCE / READMISSION

A request for LOA must be presented to the Director of the School in writing. A request will be granted for valid reasons such as death in the family, hospitalization, or an extenuating personal emergency. If a student becomes ill, injured, or pregnant during enrollment, the school must be notified immediately and a doctor's approval to continue the course will be required. LOA will be required if a physician's approval is not provided by student.

Readmission may be granted upon student's written request, doctor's approval when appropriate, and as space is available. Students returning to school to enter a new class will be responsible for any changes in books, curriculum and tuition. Records are maintained on all students who terminate or withdraw from the course. PLEASE NOTE: LOA does not excuse a student from continuing with their financial obligation to the school.
