CONDITIONS FOR DISMISSAL

The North Jersey Massage Training Center reserves the right to dismiss any student prior to completion of the program, without refund, for the following reasons:

*Demonstrating a lack of commitment to the education process, as evidenced by excessive absence or incompleteness in course work.

*Failure to fulfill financial agreements.

*Inability to perform all tasks required by the school's curriculum.

*Exhibiting behavior which is harmful to the school's reputation, or obstructing the learning process of other students.

*Failure to observe the Code of Conduct as documented in the school bulletin, or failure to conduct oneself in accordance with the professional and personal ethics of the profession, as outlined in the ethics code of the A.B.M.P. and A.M.T.A., copies of which are available for viewing at the school.

*Use of The North Jersey Massage Training Center as a reference prior to course completion.
