STUDENT COMPLAINT/APPEAL PROCESS

Students who have a complaint or who would like to appeal a dismissal must make an appointment for an interview with the Director of the School. The written request should include the following information:

*Student's full name, social security number, and current address and phone number.

*State the concern including dates, times, instructors or other students involved.

*The letter must be dated and signed by the student.

*Three dates on which the student would be available for a meeting with the Director of the School and/or an appeal panel.
