ACADEMIC POLICY

Students will be evaluated on their understanding of course material and on their performance in both lecture classes and practice classes in the following manner:

100 - 91 =A

90 - 81 =B

80 - 71 =C

70 - 61 =D

60 and below =F

If a student drops below 71% for two consecutive weeks in any course, a meeting with the Director will be required. If graduates do not show improvement after two additional weeks, the student will be placed on academic probation. Recommendations for improvement will be provided and tutorial sessions will be available at $50 per hour. If performance does not improve, the student can be dismissed from the program.

North Jersey Massage Training Center maintains student grade records that are available for student review periodically as courses progress. Transcripts are available to students at a $10 fee, upon request. Duplicate diplomas are available for a $10 fee.
