Toni LaSala


Toni LaSala, PhD has been teaching fitness classes since 1984 and currently consults for, and delivers health education seminars to employees of, various corporations. She specializes in exercise programs and therapeutic massage modalities for those with clinical considerations such as arthritis, MS, and orthopedic concerns, and she holds the following qualifications and memberships:

      Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at William Paterson University

      Certified Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

      Licensed Massage Therapist by the State of NJ

      Member of the American Massage Therapy Association

      Member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

      Registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher by the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association and the Yoga Alliance

      Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association

      Certified Group Fitness Instructor by the American Council on Exercise (ACE-GEI)

      Certified American Red Cross CPR/AED instructor

      Certified Arthritis Instructor by the Arthritis Foundation.
